Please unpack zip file into a new folder.
Then run the application (wzar4.exe).
Start the demo mode
by selecting "Help->Demo" in the menu. To perform the test calculation,
simply confirm all the default values by clicking "OK".
Once the demo mode has finished, you can try other pitch curve types and modify values.
Predefined values for each pitch curve cannot be altered in the Demo Version,
and you are not allowed to load any files.
You can print out drawings and graphs directly from the screen with
"File->Print".
If you want to display or print out part of the drawing, you can
define a zoom window with the left-hand mouse button or use the cursor keys
and +/- (NumLock off). At "File->Settings->Printer" you can configure
size and origin of the graphic printout.
For text printout, please select "Windows printer".
Alternatively, you may generate a HTML document.
Under menu option "CAD" you may either create DXF or IGES files
for drawings and diagrams. You may configure layer assignment
and text width under menu option "File->Config->CAD".
The generated files can be read into any CAD system that provides
an appropriate interface.
Under menu option "STL" you may create STL files and produce gear wheels
by means of your 3D printer. Please consider that calculated center distance is without clearance,
so you have to increase operating center distance by flanke clearance c/tan(alpha).
By means of the Clipboard or DXF file you can transfer data, diagrams
and drawings to any Windows word processor for documentation.
